Any updates from people who have been on their new caloric intake for a significant amount of time? I'm hopeful but I don't want to end up gaining back the weight I've worked so hard to lose. :|

I've been trying this program, for lack of a better word, for a month now; it's called intermittent fasting. Basically all you do is designate an 8 hour window in which you eat all of your calories for the day ( you can do it in a smaller period of time like 6 hours and fast for 18 hours but that's pretty extreme). I feel like society today has a warped view on what "thick" actually is. I'm currently thick with a little extra on the waistline ( I guess.. :|).
