agree your body is not getting enough calories so every thing that you eat is being stored as fat because your body thinks its being starved eat more fruits and veggies

today is my 3rd day so this is a great question... but i would assume you can do some of the exercises that you like from the video to continue the results thats what i would do anyways good luck! btw its hard and you will be sore so trust me when i say work through the pain it will get better every day you do it

yesterday was my second day and i thought the same thing but i worked through it and felt great afterwards so today is day 3 and im slightly less sore than yesterday so we will see how it goes! good luck!

so true im 5'2 and ive been 140 and i was a size 10 but not toned 140 just fat 140 now if i had been taller i would have looked HOT lol

at my height im supposed to weigh 120 but i would stop if i got to a size 5/6 even if i weighed 130 or whatever... i think thats a good idea not a goal weight but a goal size... thank you!

how would you describe the taste like if you had a bowl of cereal with it or something does it affect the taste of the cereal?

im not a addict i dont drink by myself i just like to have a few once in a while because it helps me relax my mom and dad are both alcoholics my mom is in recovery and my dad still drinks so i know what it causes and trust me its not happening here i think im more aware of it because of that.

i cant eat when i drink and ive never had a hang over and my biggest problem is i dont eat enough i will typically eat one high calorie meal and be done but thats changeing
