So sorry, It sounds great, but since I have my wife I need no other sweetness. Plus I'm down 23 lbs since Jan. 4. No carbs. I may break a bit tomorrow and smoked pulled chicken. But come Monday ... things will change. Oh yeah, the challenge ... My bacon-topped meatloaf with my wife's creamy mashed potatoes.

Kinda yum ... As long as there aren't too many potatoes in it. Carbs, you know. My slow-cooked, smoked pork ribs that I start at 3 am, with my homemade rub and like four homemade BBQ sauces.
