I just can't see how to consume so many calories and not go over on areas such as sodium and sugar and protein. Ok sorry for the late reply I was.at work and it got hectic. I burn workout everyday and burn a minimum of 600 cal a day. Sometimes I workout twice a day and burn up to 1500 cal. In a nutshell I burn A LOT of calories a day and I just don't see having to eat back all those calories. I've lost a total of 47 lbs in 3.5…

Update: so I got out set up and linked to my phone and still have no idea what is going on. This is much too complicated for me. I don't need anything but something to count my calories. Yeah the lowest my heartrate goes in a session is about 154. I usually spend an hour on the elliptical and burn about 800 cal. It's my absolute favorite machine.

Thanks. I charged it completely before even putting it on. It said you are supposed to hear an audible tone when you put it on but I've never heard that tone. Going to take it in to the gym tomorrow and see if they can help me with it.

Same here! I'm 228 lbs and in 30 min I burn at least 350 cal. But thats also because I'm going at 7-9 resistance and a pump it pace (bep song I keep on repeat lol) and my heart rate is about at 160 {according to the machine}.

I FEEL THE EXACT SAME WAY! All my clothes fit basically the same. I often think my God how did I get into these jeans 30 lbs ago?! Sooooo apparently my clothes have a helluva lot of stretch lol.

I also think you should have your thyroid checked if you are truly eating right and exercising and are getting no results. Good luck with your weight loss. Once you figure out what works for you I'm sure you will do it :)

I think whatever weight is healthy for you and makes you feel good when you look in the mirror is, just what you go for. Its more than about just numbers on a scale but also about your body frame and health.

I highly doubt anyone will put you down. Each person has his/her own personal goals though if your goal weight is 80 lbs that is reason for concern but NOBODY has the right to be judgmental of anyone
