I do a workout DVD called barre3 and 10 minute pilaties solutions...I do the 30 day squat challenge and arm challenge....and sometimes I go for a walk. But not often (I hate bugs) lol

Great!! My fast is 16/8. I fast for 16 hours and eat between 8 hours. So I stop eating at 8pm and don't start eating again until 12pm the next day! I just started intermittent fasting today! Look it up. It's when you fast for a certain amount of time and then allow yourself a small window to eat all the calories you need....I have heard good things about it from mostly mean...but I'm trying it out!
