Yum! Will have to try this! We use ours mainly for apple chips and other fruit, but I've been meaning to try veggies. Thanks for the idea!

The usual suspects in mine are edamame, tuna, soy nuts, chicken breast, any veggie (cherry tomatoes are a fave), sun flower seeds, pumpkin seeds...it varies :)

Cheese strings (ficello), then baby carrots.

I love me some kettlebell!! Be ready to take it slow for the first while and focus on form...it's real easy to hurt yourself if you're not doing it right, but when you are doing it right it will kick your *kitten*!

Fantastic work! Keep it up!

I just got fitted with Saucony's (Hurricanes) and I love them! They cost $160...was my Mother's Day gift

^ This was seriously my favorite of all!! The worst I have done (so far) is having my phone launch across the street cause my arm gets tangled in the ear plug cord...phone, battery and cover flying in 3 different directions, leaving me to stop my run to put it all back together.

Thanks! I'm glad some other people get it...my husband thought I was nuts

I have the same problem with after work snacks....thanks for posting the question and thanks all for the wonderful answers!

Take it easy. Let your body heal and don't force anything.

Wow! Amazing results!

Most of mine is from Old Navy and Winners (scored an awesome New Balance sports bra there for $20). I sometimes go to the Reebok warehouse near me too.

If I go for an early morning run I usually have a banana and some water before leaving. That usually holds me over till breakfast and doesn't weigh me down or nauseate me.
-
Way to go! Congrats on taking charge of your health!

<-- off to find a Mr. Tickle mug...hope they carry it in Canada!

You sir rock!! My hubby always helps out too, even more so now (youngest is 2 1/2). I agree though, 3 weeks is a little early to be doing much about it, but good to start thinking about it I guess. Don't rush into anything yet, give yourself some time to heal first!

OMG I'm glad I read this thread! I've been using some random free "sports tracker" cause that was the only one I could find for BlackBerry...but now I see that Endomondo is supported on my BB. Must go install that now and give it a whirl tonight!!!!

Love it! And oh yeah, I totally parkour all the time off curbs (and snow banks, over puddles...etc)

Use the recipe builder here on MFP. Add all the ingredients and how many servings it makes. It's a wonderful tool!

Another fellow runner here...in your neck of the woods (well, just off the island in NDIP). My times are getting better as I drop some pounds and add some muscle (and as the weather starts to be more agreeable). Feel free to add me!

Whenever I can. Sometimes right after supper (6ish), sometimes after the kids go to bed (8ish), and on the weekends any time is fair game depending on weekend plans with the family.

For me it would be a veggie sub at Subways, no dressing. At McDo it is usually a Jr burger, side salad and a coffee (or 2  ) or...if you have Tim Horton's....soup with a small bun there!

Now, if only I could afford an HRM  Guess I'm set for failure
