^ Those calves alone are an inspiration! ^ I remember the first time I got my second wind. It was an amazing feeling. Now I know that when I first feel like giving up (for me right now it's around the 3km point) if I just push through it, I can make it much further (farthest being 7.5km).

Oh yeah....my daughter calls herself my "ankle bracelet" when she does this. They also like to use my body for gymnastics, ie: doing somersaults, while I'm lying on my back, over my knees (towards my head) so I have to lift them/help flip them around up over my head....they love it!

OMG...I made these last night and LOOOOOOOOOOOVE them!! I upped the pumpkin and decreased the banana (just because I only had half the required number lol). This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing!!

Thanks! I didn't think I would get further than just holding my feet off the floor at first...but then I got started and...voila! You never know unless you try! I seriously can't even do one full pull-up yet...but I climbed the pole!

Still waiting to get the pics from the others involved....I personally only have a pic of the ceiling itself, and that's hardly as good of proof! Of course, seeing as I was wearing a dress....the pics will have to be closely examined before posting!! :laugh:

Having kids is one of the main things that caused me to change how/what I eat. I want to be a proper role model for them, so I try to eat the same healthy stuff that I want them to eat/like.

Bumping cause I'm still kinda new to kettlebell and love it too! I started with Fitness Blender on you tube, I love the way the workout is layed out and that I can play my own music while I listen to the exercise prompts.
