It took me 3 months to do it the first time (with running and a hiatus over Christmas) and I lost 15lbs over that time : )

On the treadmill I just make a 12 min/mile. Outside, I can make a 10 min/mile. My "record" is 5K in 40 mins so far :laugh: Not impressive, I blame it on my short legs, but at least I'm moving!

Thanks for the thread! It has given me many ideas! To add...I have a youtube playlist that I listen to/watch on my phone. I also do intervals and little challenges ("can I make it x mins at y speed??" or "this speed till the end of the video). Can't wait for the roads to be more clear (and in my case the sun to be up later…

We have one at work (I work in a hospital) in one of the bathrooms....but someone always plays with the calibration (it's a children's hospital lol) so I never like to weigh myself on that one anymore...way too iffy!
