Hey guys,

I'm sure this may seem like a dumbass question, but i can't find the answer anywhere!

With the 30 day shred do you stick to one level, the one workout for the whole 30 days?

I'm sure that's a question that's been asked before, as the title says, i can be a bit of a spanner and a bit slow to pick up on these things!

Thanks for any help

You split the levels into 10 days. Level one for 10 days, Level two for 10 days, and Level 3 for 10 days= 30 days. You are not suppose to take a break either if you can help it.
  • LEVEL 1 - 10 DAYS
    LEVEL 2 - 10 DAYS
    LEVEL 3 - 10 DAYS

    = 30 DAYS

I've heard Jillian say over and over, "I recommend you work out 5-6 days a week, but always take attests one rest day,"

    Muscles need time to heal!

level one ten TIMES, but not ten days in a row, then level two ten times, etc. The whole 30 "days" should take you about 40 total. Otherwise you risk injury.

I did the 30DS...every day for 30 days. I did level one until it felt easy (6 days); L2 for 16 days and L3 for 10 days. I lost 12 pounds and 22 inches and was only sore the first couple of days. It does not work individual muscles to exhaustion.

    Listen to your body.

It took me 3 months to do it the first time (with running and a hiatus over Christmas) and I lost 15lbs over that time : )
