People are asking my husband if he is sick or using drugs...lol. I think when people are used to seeing you look one way for so long and then you change so much outwardly, I wonder if it's just something they have to get used to. I have a ways to go before anyone says I look too thin.....but am looking forward to it!!!

Are you perhaps retaining water? If you are working out regularly sometimes your muscles will retain a little water to help repair themselves, so i have read. It's really sad you have to explain your meaning or intent at all. People are so quick to be mean. Maybe you are the whipping girl today for their own frustrations. Good for you for your healthy choices and to heck with everyone else.

I mostly eat dried fruit, fresh fruit and nuts as far as snacking goes but used to have a bad sweet tooth. It really does help to just stop eating the sweets until you get it under control. I also love the no sugar added icecream and mind my portion sizes. I feel like I don't do without. Just watch your portion size,

My husband just started taking L-arginine and says it is helping with endurance. http://www.livestrong.com/article/520764-l-arginine-women/ I don't know about how women should take it but you could maybe research it. It is a natuarlly occuring amino acid in our body.

I am in northern NJ. Take care of that knee. You would do yourself no good to really get a joint injury. No walking, no running and pain. Remember RICE Rest, ICE, Compression and Elevation. Good luck!!!

I didn't log my starting weight either, just when i started on here. I have lost about 27lb and yes it sometimes bugs me too. Good job on your accomplishment. I am just looking for results. Once those come i won't care what those #s are.....:wink:
