most important thing is to be comphy, and a good sports bra, the rest is what you feel comfotable. The best thing to splash out on is good trainer, asics are good, but look for them in the sales. all these sound great, think ill adjust my recipe. I make mine with most of the mentioned above, but i think loadz of fresh corriender makes it! Fresh corriender on any mexican just makes it extra yum :tongue:

when i go the gym I do a difrent cardio machine on a diffrent program. They do classes but ive only been once, found it a bit scary as wasnt sure what i was doing! But think i just need to push myself.

Do you mean going to gym? I dont want to replace and meals, going to try eat more eggs and things but thought it might be a good way to get more protine.

I orderd this of fire box, its not high in fat, but there no goodness in it at all, tho its amaing! You probly dont want to know what I had it on, an asda cookie, was great tho! But to be healthyer its nice just on toast, and you can make sauce out of it too, tho never tries that. it is goooood! :o) x

ive just joined and my goal is meant to be 1200 a day, tho i took it that I should eat more but excercise to meet this goal, and if I had a day where I did not excercise at all if aim for 1200. Am I right? I lost weight at first but now it seems to be going back on and im hungry.
