Hi there, I've been on and off 5:2 diet for past year, I was really into it and 2 years ago and was the only thing that worked for me. Too much carbs, Need advice!
Hi there, im kinda new to this, and every day I seem to be over on my carbs, Im tring to think what I can swap and eat to get more protine, Im not really a bit meat eater. I like veggie stuff, and most raw foods, or lightly cooked. Any ideas would be great! :o ) xx
