I'm starting Saturday.......My Curves is closing on Friday, so I tried Rin30 yesterday and definitely like it. Nice change from 30ds. I'll have weight and measures on Friday from my club and I plan to do 5 or 6 days a week along with my Curves Complete diet. nice to have a few friends on the same!

I'm using 3lb, but find the lifts at the end hard to do.......only on day 9 at level 1, so here's hoping it gets easier.

I understand exactly how you feel! I had a total of 85lbs to lose. I joined Curves for Women. Head to toe exercise with out the stress of a gym, not expensive to join, hours open are very convenient AND you lose weight! I'm down 40lbs in 8 months with the help of MFP as well. You'll love it! Just Do it!

Hi, I'm Joan. I joined Curves on November 1st, 2011. I got my Smart on December 1st, it sure helps keep me more focused. Membership is around $30 monthly and my smart was $65 one time fee then $20 a year to renew. Its worth every penny. I love it. People are just "normal" and all there to workout and head out!

I was told that 30 min was approx. 450-500 calories if you were doing full intensity. It would be 350-400 if not. for 30 minutes.

I'm on day 70 with MFP and have yet to eat any calories back. I'm down 22lbs, its slow and steady. Do what feels right! Somedays you may want to and other day's you just can't eat another thing......stay true to you!

I'm the same as the others, scale has moved 2lbs this month, but another 1.75 inches off the waist, and 1.5 inches off hips. That's worth it for me!
