So the scale has stayed steady, which is great! But I felt like there should have been some changes... I found my original measurements sheet from the beginning of my life change. The last measurements I took was August and my weights the same but I have lost another 4.25 inches!! Its worth checking our measurements when we think nothing is changing! Woohoo!!

That's a great NSV! I have plateaued for a month but have still lost another pant size during that time.

That's great! I haven't really taken my measurements. I only recently started being active about my weight loss. I am down 5 pounds so far, but I will be really excited when I start going down pant sizes.

I'm the same as the others, scale has moved 2lbs this month, but another 1.75 inches off the waist, and 1.5 inches off hips. That's worth it for me!

I LOVE that inches melt away and muscle is firmer in the place of jiggliness! That's what the inches still changing but the scale staying the same shows me! Its all worth it when you can see everyones changes!
