Hi. I did not. I am not saying you should or shouldn't. For me, calorie deficit from food intake is more successful than from exercise. Plus, my blood sugars spiked and stayed high when I worked out, which was the opposite effect I was looking for. I do enjoy a brisk walk, but that is the extent of it.

Thanks for all the kind words! I do not eat all my calories back. I never know when I will be able to workout and I end up working out around 8 pm. I don't eat after 9 so I run out of time.

I agree it sounds like a lot too fast. However, I am losing about 2-3 pounds per week on average, with a couple of weeks slightly higher. My first week I lost 10 pounds, so it was a headstart. MFP has me on 1200 calories per day. I either walk or ride a stationary bike for 30-45 4 times a week. I have cut out all sweets…
