Don't forget how far you have come, 45 lbs lost...ok so 5 lbs came back on but you know why they came back! Life happens and there are some foods that we just don't want to give up, so fit them into your calorie goal. Pick one day in the week that you will have 1 serving of what you have been wanting. It just sounds that…

LOG YOUR FOOD! I am amazed at how quickly it adds up! Increase your WATER, you need to hydrate your body especially if are working out! Also, if your climate is nice...walk, as well as continuing the 30 min workouts you currently do, or if walking is not possible, add one more day to your exercise routine! Biggest thing?…

Opinions vary but at least push for 64 oz to start. Trying to reach 8 (8oz) cups day can be hard for many people... I aim for 10 to 12 (8oz) glasses a day. i also have heard some say take your weight divide it in half and that is how many ounces you should drink. Also consider how active you are...the more activity the…

You've done it before and you'll be able to do it again, after all one of the best indicators of future behavior, is past behavior! Go for it!

Went to their website...they sound and look delicious! I would just consider it a treat every once in awhile and eat without counting calories...but if you want to know, and the co. doesn't have them for you, you could get a burger, take it home, destruct it, weigh and measure the ingredients and give it a best guess…

Try making your own version of ramen...use chicken broth, sea salt (other seasonings you like), add some snowpea pods, thinly cut mushrooms, green onion, or whatever veggies you like, also tamari sauce, and add your favorite chinese noodle, like lo mein, or japanese noodle- like a buckwheat soba noodles! I lost 5.6 pounds last week and stupidly stepped on the scale this morning ( 2 days before my weigh-in) No pounds lost yet and I too am feeling a little discouraged because this has been a pattern for me for the last 3 years...I have not been able to lose more than 16 pounds- very frustrating, but here's why: I DON"T stick…

It is both and then some! Meaning, it is about the calories in, and the exercising to burn calories BUT JUST AS IMPORTANT it is what you PUT into your body! The less fat and sugar-laden processed foods the better for you body! Good nutrition to fuel, exercise to burn, and proper caloric intake are all equally important! PS…

I went from regular soda, to diet soda, only because of the calories...then I realized I needed more water and wanted to get rid of the diet soda because of the aspartame. First thing I did was stop buying it to bring home and only drank it when I was at a restaurant, at home I drank only bottled water (tap water makes me…

I believe it is 5 weeks from the current day you log! Therefore it varies day after day according to what you have eaten and how much you've exercise.

Hopefully you'll find that increasing exercise and making healthy changes will decrease your need/desire for smoking...! You can do both, drop 20 lbs and quit smoking! Don't start a diet so that you can quit smoking, start a lifestyle change by working on getting rid of unhealthful habits, not only smoking, but bad food…

Results!!! Whether someday it is seeing less pounds on the scale or a feeling of being strong and fit because I ate right and exercised...those results keep me going!

I think that amount of calories is reasonable, but you must also be aware of what kinds of foods you are eating...being healthy involves not only being at a recommended weight but also what type of things you are putting in your body. We need certain nutrients to maintain a balanced healthy lifestyle. If you only worry…

I had a pack a day habit for about 17-18 years. I quit almost 10 years ago! It is possible to quit... 3 reasons How I quit: 1. I had really bad sinus issues one fall season, in which congestion moved into my chest and I had a hard time breathing (that was the kick-start) 2. I was scared I would develop emphysema ( being…

I do Zumba and manually log it is as 60 min= 400 cal burned if I felt I was dragging through the workout... 60 min = 500-600 cal burned if I felt strong and energized while doing it. I believe one can even burn up to a 1000 but I don't feel i am at that level yet. Oh and depending on your weight it varies how much you have…
