Not sure how you feel about coffee but usually that is how I manage in the afternoon. I try not to snack because that leads me to overindulge in the snacks.

Everyone's body is different no one can answer this for you. I was a size 10 at around 165 pounds and I am 5'3, this was with weight lifting, also.

@JaymeHayes14 I do this all the time especially since I workout in the mornings and I am not really a breakfast person never have been even before starting weight loss.

Usually I'll skip breakfast because I'm not really hungry the next morning anyway and then just get back on track. Sometimes I hit the gym or take a nice walk. Lately I have really been trying to tap into why I binge and self sabotage my weight loss efforts.

Lost count years ago, then something just clicked one day and I stayed on track. Now I've spent the last year and a half trying get something to just click again so I can lose another 20lbs.

I must be like the only person who finds Quest bars gross and I have tried different flavors. I like Thinkthin bars they have about 20g of protein and Oh Yeah (I think is the brand) bars they have one called Birthday Cake even has sprinkles on it, so good!

You are not alone, I can spend monday thru friday super motivated, under calories and working out. Lose water weight and a pound or two then throw it all way on the weekend only to hopefully restart on monday. I completely understand and in order to avoid those feelings I go at 4am plus if I leave it till the afternoon I know deep down the workout won't happen for me. I agree with what has been stated headphones and focus on yourself, something else you could add is a hat to hide your eyes, I've done this and it helps.
