Another good day 50 mintues on the treadmill and 23 on the bike, stayed under goal. Just need to drink a bit more water.

Yesterday went well stayed below calories and actually went out for a bike ride. This is day three I’m a daily weigher so I had a nice drop on the scale which is probably water weight for now but I’ll take it :)

Yes I have been snacking and ordering take out during this quarantine as well. I have to take control. ***Today was a success did a peloton HIIT class this morning 30mins, walked on the treadmill for 30mins in the afternoon and did another 30mins before bed. Stayed within my calorie goal and followed the IF eating window.

I could use this, I really want to begin my journey this month for good and my after dinner binges are what I believe hinders me most. I gave up coffee yesterday and plan to continue without it for a while because I think it actually makes me more sluggish and unmotivated.

Are you eating a lot fake sugar like splenda, equal etc I found that when I first started I replaced a lot of my regular sugar with those and it seemed to make me bloat. Once I reduce my intake of those i was less bloated.

I know the stress of caring for a parent, wish I had tips for you on how to handle the stress. It gave me depression as well, just remember you must take care of yourself first in order to care for someone else.

I donated mine and now 2 years later I could use them again. I'm working on getting back on track but life threw some *kitten* at me and my old ways crept back in.

Not sure what your post has to do with mine, but all I'm saying is some of us can't have a simple treat. One slice of cake can lead to cake all day for me. Not to say that everyone in the house needs to be punished because one person can't control their cravings though.
