Ultimately I want to lose 20 lbs but I realize that won't happen in 42 days. 42 days= vacation I don't wanna look fat in pics or have to suck in my gut, lol. EDA: Set to lose .5 pounds a week, not planning to eat exercise cals back

I believe he is very knowledgeable, and he does promote his supps but he isn't very pushy about it in my opinion. I usually listen to his podcasts and his info. is usually backed by science which I like.

They listed more in grants and scholarships than tuition (which I believe is incorrect) so it reduces my refund.
