See your doctor
And keep a food a symptom diary before you go. (What you eat at what time of the day and at what time the symptoms start)0 -
Are you eating a lot fake sugar like splenda, equal etc I found that when I first started I replaced a lot of my regular sugar with those and it seemed to make me bloat. Once I reduce my intake of those i was less bloated.9

What do you mean with 'bloating'? That your tummy is less flat than before eating? That's normal because there's now food inside you. The weight also goes up as you drink and eat something as of course what you eat and drink has a weight.6

You need to see your doctor0

I also recommend a doctor visit and maybe keeping a food diary. Your doctor will want to see it so they can figure out if you are having a reaction to certain foods or what is going on.0

What do you mean by "bloating"?
It's a euphemism people use for anything from water weight, to a "food baby", to constipation, to gassiness. The likely solutions are different, for each of those. And some of them are normal body behavior, and don't require a solution.
Your doctor can help sort out any of these, but we can't give you any sensible advice unless you are more specific about what you're experiencing. Some of those symptoms are trivial, some are potentially medically very serious.

I bloat like crazy with fake sugar too. Don't know why people "woo"d you for this because it's actually a thing. I just have to look at a lo-carb protein bar and my stomach pops out like i'm 5 months pregnant. No joke.
I also bloat with cruciferous vegetables and have started bloating with nightshades too if I eat them more than once - like a few times in a row. Eggplants booohooohooohooohooo. I bloat with whey protein also. So I need to eat vegan protein powder (when I use it, it's not something I use every day).
As above i'd recommend paying attention to what you are eating each meal and seeing when the bloat happens. See a doctor or some other kind of nutritionist type person, they might be able to help, but yeah, keep an eye on things. It took me a while to figure out why I was bloating everywhere until I paid close attention to when the bloating started to set in.
It also happens differently - like if I eat cauliflower for example (which I love ) - I won't bloat straight away, but I will start to get gassy and within a couple of hours my stomach with pop out. But if I eat protein bar - it pops out pretty much within half an hour. It depends on digestion I suppose.
Good luck with it!

I second keeping a food diary with your bloating symptoms. Perhaps you can spot a pattern to what you eat and when you bloat. You can then do a couple of trail eliminations based on your data to see if it helps. Also, if you decide to bring this to a doctor, the extra data will help with getting an accurate diagnosis.1

There are a tons of reasons for bloating. A doctor can determine the answer better than we can. Though things that I have noticed that will make me bloated for awhile.. Being dehydrated and/or water retention, eating lots of wheat products, and by your username I'm guessing you're a female so a period or oncoming period can cause bloating. Pregnancy can too.0
