    See your doctor

And keep a food a symptom diary before you go. (What you eat at what time of the day and at what time the symptoms start)

I also recommend a doctor visit and maybe keeping a food diary. Your doctor will want to see it so they can figure out if you are having a reaction to certain foods or what is going on.

Are you eating a lot fake sugar like splenda, equal etc I found that when I first started I replaced a lot of my regular sugar with those and it seemed to make me bloat. Once I reduce my intake of those i was less bloated.

I bloat like crazy with fake sugar too. Don't know why people "woo"d you for this because it's actually a thing. I just have to look at a lo-carb protein bar and my stomach pops out like i'm 5 months pregnant. No joke.

I also bloat with cruciferous vegetables and have started bloating with nightshades too if I eat them more than once - like a few times in a row. Eggplants :( booohooohooohooohooo. I bloat with whey protein also. So I need to eat vegan protein powder (when I use it, it's not something I use every day).

As above i'd recommend paying attention to what you are eating each meal and seeing when the bloat happens. See a doctor or some other kind of nutritionist type person, they might be able to help, but yeah, keep an eye on things. It took me a while to figure out why I was bloating everywhere until I paid close attention to when the bloating started to set in.

It also happens differently - like if I eat cauliflower for example (which I love :( ) - I won't bloat straight away, but I will start to get gassy and within a couple of hours my stomach with pop out. But if I eat protein bar - it pops out pretty much within half an hour. It depends on digestion I suppose.

    Good luck with it!

I second keeping a food diary with your bloating symptoms. Perhaps you can spot a pattern to what you eat and when you bloat. You can then do a couple of trail eliminations based on your data to see if it helps. Also, if you decide to bring this to a doctor, the extra data will help with getting an accurate diagnosis.

There are a tons of reasons for bloating. A doctor can determine the answer better than we can. Though things that I have noticed that will make me bloated for awhile.. Being dehydrated and/or water retention, eating lots of wheat products, and by your username I'm guessing you're a female so a period or oncoming period can cause bloating. Pregnancy can too.
