Usually the third day is the worst for pain when doing new work outs. I would keep going but maybe substitute a different exercise into the ones that cause the most pain in your calves. You will get there. Good luck!

I put mine on the grill. Spray butter and seasonings. Wrap in foil and ignore for 40 minutes. I brought it for lunch today. Even my kids love it!

You will get there. It generally takes 6 weeks to see a change but you will and you will be surprised! If you give up you will only feel worse.
