My name is Makenzie! This actually isn't my first time on Myfitnesspal but this time I'm hoping I stick with it! I"m doing pretty good so far on the 2nd day. I am 188 pounds, and after having my son I was like 205-210. (226 at my largest, and 9 months prego) so in two years I've come a good way, but I am still overweight by like 15 pounds. However, I don't want to be right at the mark that's below obese, I want to be back to where I was before I met his father (whom I am not with anymore because he wanted me fat like him so I wouldn't leave him and nobody would want me)!!!
I would be satisfied at 150, but I would like more to be 140. So 48 POUNDS!!
I'm not really on a huge strict diet. Since I broke up with the ex (4 months ago, and 10 pounds heavier) I was eating tons of sweets and carbs and no vegetables and fruits and not working or exercising. I still don't really hit the gym or anything, but I am more active with working and actually getting off my butt and getting things done!
I also don't even buy sweets, every once in awhile I treat myself because I know how I am and it I cut it out of my diet and MAKE myself not have it then I will want sweets like it's going extinct and then BINGE!! Hahaha, You could say I'm an addict.
Anywho, I'm not so much cutting things out of my diet, just PORTION CONTROL. I read a sucess story from Pinterest and this girl was so motivated and dedicated to it, and she still seemed to eat some pretty yummy and semifattening things. She just worked out a little harder that day, and didn't binge on them but let herself slip occasionally. And didn't get on herself when she did, because this is life and you only live once. And if you have a rocking body and the motivation to stay that way then HELL, eat up the yummy stuff. It's the people who don't care, and sit around and are unhealthy that shouldn't eat it.
So THATS ME. I'm 21 by the way, I have a son who will be 2 mid-November. I am in the National Guard, which is another huge reason I want to diet. I have to be at 163 to even pass weight (however, I am passing my taping) AND I NEED, to pass my Physical fitness Test to promote to specialist!!!!! And next month is the next PT test, and I need to nail it!!
I have to do 19 push-ups, which I can do
53 sit'ups (I can only do 33 ...
and then my run in 18.42 (which I did it in 21.30
Ohhh and I have to do those push ups and sit ups in 2 minutes. I can do 53 sit ups, just not in the time aloud !!
I could definitely use a lot of motivation everyone! I've seen what my body can be, and I just want to not worry about it anymore. I want to feel good about myself every time I look in the mirror (Granted, I am a girl so that's a long shot :P hahaha
thanks for listening guys!!! And good luck with everyone!0 -
