Hi Annie , Im amy I have been on MFP since 2011 I was doing great dropped almost 50lbs. Then Mothers day weekend last year I spent in the hospital with my son and after that I got lazy and life got crazy. I have gained 10 of the 50lbs i lost back and I hate it so Im starting fresh. I have this same problem I was doing so good for months not snacking at night. but now iam doing it again. I have cheese , lightly salted chips and lately ice cream. But I have been saving calories cause i know sometimes i will snack. But i do work out 5 days a week now and dont sit on the sofa that much anymore.

I just started on Sunday I do 2 levels at one time and it kicks my A@@ but i love it maybe i shoudle only be doing on level at a time but I have already been doing the biggest loser dvds for 60 min so just doing 20 seems to little for me. I love 30ds so far hope i can keep it going only going to do it Sunday thru Thursdays…

Thank you everyone. I just got to the point where when at 35 years old my knees hurt walking up the basement stairs I knew it was time to do something or I might not be here long enough to see all my babies grow up or get to be around to get old with my husband. MFP has really helped me watch what I eat

I make one meal for all of us and if it is something not so healthy make sure I either make me something different or watch how much I eat. My kids and hubby dont really care if it's Healthy as long as they eat

i Dont like working out either but I love to do Biggest loser for Kinect or and of those games and you can end up doing it for hours and not feel like your working out. Even most cable have fitness on demeand and some are only 10 mintues long . dance around when you clean . Anything works as long as you move.
