Didnt read all the replies, but last week I was told that I couldnt deadlift from the floor anymore because they dont allow any weights to be on the floor....I used a slightly lighter weight then occupied the ONLY squat rack so I could slide in and out and do my lifts without actually touching the floor.... Im buying more…

Thanks for the info. I like the layout of this program better than NROL because, to me, its just simpler and the exercises are easier for a heavy person to perform correctly. So Im just going to throw caution to the wind and do it. I think I will compromise with your suggestion and add smaller increments every other…
