I thought that being at home would give me more time to devote to health and fitness, but it had the opposite effect on me. Staying at home, I gained about 15 pounds before I realized it. Then the second child came and more weight. I never got the "breastfeeding weight loss" or the "running after toddlers weight loss"....…

I have always been afraid to try these classes because I cannot swim. Im curious, though, about walking in water and caloric burn....How deep are we talking? Im 5'3. Would I need to be neck deep, waist deep, or what, for it to be that effective?

I have the Les Mills Pump series and Im happy with it. Its a very good at home version of the Body Pump classes in the gym.

They use more than one egg......Likely several.

Its likely the eggs themselves. Have you checked the calories using egg substitute? Its gonna be much lower.

I usually brew my coffee first, never thought of using instant coffee mix...That would save lot of time since i drink it cold anyway! I add the Walmart Body Fortress in chocolate or vanilla and have it as iced coffee every day. The protein powder acts as the cream and sugar for me.

Wonderslim Chocolate Pudding Shake from dietdirect.com Its 100 calories and a full meal replacement mixed with water and it still tastes like thick chocolate milk, although Im sure thats because of the Aspartame.

Just bought it...I have zero coordination, but surprisingly, it kept and held my heart rate up the whole time. The calorie count is way off on the game, but my hrm said 200 cals in 35 minutes. Not bad at all.

I have a question also. I read a sample of the book last night, but I havent bought it yet. Does anyone know if this type of program would work for someone who has a lot of weight to lose? Innumerable amounts of Krispy Kreme and/or Popeyes Biscuits. Glad those days are behind me. Just one gives me a headache, but I sure could put them away a few months ago.

If you have specific name brands that you can recommend that are healthier alternatives to Cool Whip, that would be helpful. I use a dollop in my protein shake. Love it!
