  • I make a Nutri-Blast smoothie with my Nutri-Bullet for breakfast. I use spinach, plain greek yogurt, pineapple, banana and maybe blueberries or blackberries. Just depends on my day. My caloric intake for breakfast is no more than 325 give or take and I'm on a 1500 calorie daily intake plan. Hope this helps!
  • I totally understand. I hadn't planned on weighing til the end of January, however, I relented and weighed. It wasn't as bad as I had imagined, but bad nonetheless. I will weigh now once a week. A good friend told me to use the scale as a motivator and not as a deterrant. I know it's hard..but we can do it!
  • Am I the only one that's intimidated by the scale? I had planned on weighing monthly as I know that in the past, the scale is what has deterred me. Hmm..maybe I can flip this into a positive and use it as a motivator? I don't know.
