No one like s working your Ab s but its a must muscle group as its your core and Will help immensely with planks and what not

Make your own exercise but hard to say calorie burn without hrm as everyone works different Im on tapout xt with resistance but i use a hrm

I've just finished day 81 of tapout xt me and my partner are both in one of the tapout challenge groups we love it muscles are stronger than they've ever been

Also if your on Facebook there are a few good support groups like tapout xt and tapout earned in sweat

I use a hrm as everyone has different fitness levels but I've created my own exercise logs for each one

I agree continen about schedule as don't know how im going to fit muay Thai in yet! But fun don't know bout that killed me today !

I did exactly 2 hours the other day with my two kids wearing hrm and burned 644 that was going under water and general play but that's about average obviously everyone s going to be different due to weight

Always go by your hrm as that's true to your own burn , i see to many logging like 1000 cal s for a 30min walk and then eating into them cal s and wondering why there gaining!

I lost all my bulk mass with running now stepping back up on the weights as partner says i look to skinny as before i was stocky i still cycle and train muay Thai but i agree would rather of lost the bulk slower and done a lot more weights

Best one i know of apart from the real thing is ufc trainer on either the xbox or ps3

All i can say is wow! You look fantastic well done! I just use the Ab ripper x between Thai boxing but after looking at your results think Im gonna do the whole set!

Nightmare! Give it a go then try mixing it up doing jogging on spot things like that but get a hrm as as you'll know exactly what you've burned

You def need a hrm as everyone s heart rate beats at a different rate so your individual burn rate Will be different, i personally wouldn't stand as your legs Will just ache from it and stop you doing actual exercise unless you are gonna stand and do squat s or star jumps but then you'll just look nuts!
