  • Hi! I noticed when I eat 1200 or less I lose NOTHING! But now that I've moved it to 1400-1500 calories I am losing weight. It's important that we feed our bodies enough so it can work properly. I would bump up your calories...and remember to eat nutrient dense calories. Hope this helps :)
