I'm 5'9". Originally started at 225 with after pregnancy. I'm currently 145, and I thought that was my goal weight, but now I'm thinking 135.

Whole wheat toast with 1 tsp reduced fat peanut butter and 1/2 banana sliced on it. I eat this every day :0)

I love to run, so I definitely plan to always have a race on the horizon. I can't stand not to be prepared, and if I pay for races, I'll be ready for them ;0) Now I just have to work on toning.

Yeah, I understand and don't get too freaked out by the fluctuations, so I'll definitely weigh at least once a week. I think it keeps me honest too.

I know you're right. I think I've been fat for so long and thin for only a few months. I guess I need to give myself time to adjust... Great idea about going down .5 a week! I didn't think about that. MFP is still new to me. Thanks everyone.
