Boot Camp Success?
After some falling off the wagon, I've gained about 30 lbs and want stop it in its track and make a big U turn. I signed up for Boot Camp Fitness Challenge for 6 weeks. I've been a religious runner for the past 5 years, and I think it's time to add something new. Has anyone done something similar and seen good results?

I did my first real bike ride today and ran a lap afterwards. The term brick is totally accurate. Good Butt and Thigh video?
OK, so I'm about 4lbs from goal, and I pretty happy with how things are looking except my upper thighs and bootie. Has anyone used and seen results from a butt and thigh video? I already run, and I'm on round 2 of the Shred. I also have a toddler, so I don't want something longer than 30 mins :0) Help!

Winter NSV
I'm not sure this in an NSV, but I'm COLD this winter!! Losing over 80 lbs made a big difference in how I feel the cold. I was usually always complaining about being hot, but this year my husband is laughing at me as I bundle up in a sweatshirt ;0)

Shopping NSV!
We had an awesome downtown area with some really cute clothes boutiques. Needless to say they didn't carry clothes in my old size. One of my goals was to be able to shop in those stores. Today I was downtown and stopped into one on a whim. I tried on this cute dress in a Medium. It fit great and was on sale! I bought it ;0)
