Thanks guys! I think I'm going with the 310. It sounds like the recent softrware update helps with the swim issues. Running is my first love, but I do plan to do more triathlons. I've only done a sprint so far. I'd like to do a longer one in the future, but not sure about an Ironman ;0)

I've recently started using spaghetti squash instead of pasta. It's a great substitute, and I don't feel like I'm missing out. Good luck with those last 10. I'm in my last 5, and I've been stuck since March :0)

Definitely rest it. I think that was too close together for those long runs. I usually try to give myself at least 5 days. Olive oil + balsamic vinegar + a little dijon mustard. So good! I always use a little more oil than vinegar, and it definitely matters what kind of balsamic vinegar. Trader Joe's is my fave :0)

I'm back to say, I'm half way through my first round with the Shred, and I'm seeing awesome results. Not really a lot of lbs lost, but I see a difference in my stomach and how my clothes are fitting.
