I'm thinking about buying 30DS, and I was wondering what equipment (weights, etc) I will need with it. TIA

Just a pair of hand weights (2-8 lbs depending on your strength level) and a mat if you're working out on a hard surface.

Thanks! Of course, after I posted this, I realized it said that on the amazon page... ;0)

I have laminate floors so I bought a yoga mat, and I typically use a pair of 5lb hand weights (although I have a pair of 3 pounders around here, too, and I have broken them out for especially hard moves on occasion).

I finished day 14 last night, today is day 15, and I do like it. It's a good quick burn. I typically burn between 240-260 during one level.

Hi there!! Just bought and started it.. I went out and got me 3, 5 and 8 pound weights. You will also need a mat if you have hardwood floors.. if not carpet will be fine :-)

Just weights and a mat if you plan on doing it on tile or a hard floor. I used a yoga mat and 3 lb weights. Would love to try it again with 5 lbers!
