I'm not sure this in an NSV, but I'm COLD this winter!! Losing over 80 lbs made a big difference in how I feel the cold. I was usually always complaining about being hot, but this year my husband is laughing at me as I bundle up in a sweatshirt ;0)

These little things are so crazy. I can also feel my backbone when I sit in a chair with a hard back. haha Of course, all of this is COMPLETELY worth it!

I've noticed how much colder I've been, too!! Haven't lost as much as you, but you can definitely tell a difference. That being said, I STILL love winter...i guess i will be forever crazy!

I noticed over Christmas though, when I was eating a lot (ahem, A LOT!!), that I would wake up sweating! And I never had to wear a sweatshirt around the house (and I ALWAYS do!). My body was literally burning those calories away. The less I eat, the colder I am, I guess this is a prime example of the thermic effect of food on our bodies...

Yeah, I used to run around in shorts all winter without gloves or a hat. Now I have to bundle up or I start shaking like a leaf and whining like a baby.
