I've been running for 2 years. I'm doing around 15-20 miles a week. There is this yearly 10k that i have done the past two years and both times I come in at 1hour 15minutes. I REALLY want to do an hour this year!

I just guessed based on other peoples entries until I got a HRM. I guessed around 200. With my HRM I'm normally between 180-202 on 30 day shred.

I feel the constant need to do that as well. I'm not to my goal yet and I'm so happy I finally feel this way. I'm sure at some point it will be annoying. Maybe just pick one or two days a week that you are not allowed to log or look up anything. Perhaps that will keep you at your goal, but give you a little more freedom.…

No body tells me I look my weight either. I would have never guessed you were 263. The only weight I have for a goal is to get under 150 which would put me at a healthy BMI.
