the other thing you need to thing about is gaining lean musle and that is what will keep the weight off i made the mistake not eating nought and working out all the time. so be carefull on that and by the way welcome. talk to a tranier at a gym they can help

should be weight the same day once a week speacial for women we go up and down. I have a happet of weight every day. but it need to be consitant the same day same time once a week ie if it on friday when you get up do that every friday. the same way

BEST THING TO DO IS DRINK WATER COKE AND SODA HAS 7 SPOONS OF SUGER IN EACH ONE. WHICH IS NOT THE BEST THING FOR YOU I STOPED DRINGING ALL SODA AS OF LAST EASTER I HAVE NO DESIRE TO HAVE ANY DR PEPPER ETHER. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANY SUPPORT.

i had the same question it is want you prefured it you want to be constient then change it so evey thing matches i lost 5 pound in 9 mounth then stated this so i asked the same q a cupple of dayes ago and ended up changing to what it was when i started my weight loss
