This exact situation happened to me when I had a stressful year of study. My sleep only returned to normal after I reduced my stress. You could do some relaxing things before bed to reduce your stress hormones.

I think correct pronunciation is all a matter of opinion. In my opinion many americans from all states pronounce a great many words wrong.

How old were you when you were originally 110 pounds? You might have grown since then, it might no longer be an appropriate weight for you?

For me setting aside an hour on a sunday to make a big dish of something healthy, maybe a chicken stirfry, and refrigerating some, freezing the rest worked out well. Then atleast lunches are sorted. Another easy meal is big crackers or rice bread topped with veges and tuna or tinned salmon - even some cheese :-)

If you want more cals there is a few good foods that are higher in calories like avocado, dense grainy breads, peanut butter, banana :)

I think it sounds really good that you are so motivated with your exercise. All you can do about the food is make the best choices with what you do like - plus trying some new fruit and veges. It's probably not a big deal either way. For me Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day! I prefer having a small dinner and big breakfast :-) maybe I'm on my own with that one haha

Everything seems 80 times harder when you have anxiety and panic attacks! Have you seen anyone about them? And in regard to the weight I've lost 0.1 kg in a month haha but I think you just have to keep going

I get the majority of my exercise through jazz/ballet dance and I'm also hoping to start playing squash again :). I find it so much easier to play sports than go to the gym
