Thanks for sharing this website. I like the fact that you can plug in your foods on hand to create juices. I just want to supplement my diet as I do not get enough fruits/veggies. I juice because my body can't break down raw fruits and vegetables due to a thing called short transit time. So it helps me get my B's in. I try…

I will layer with cooked ground turkey/spaghetti sauce and cottage cheese (with added egg, garlic, and pepper). I lay on the different spices, oregano, parsley,…

Just tried this recipe; all I can say is....yum, yum, yum! I included cut-up strawberries in the recipe. Very good! Even the DH, who is not a pancake eater, said they were very good. Of course, I included pre-cooked bacon on the side. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

I will add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sweetner (of choice) to about 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, and broil on toast until slightly brown. Top with crushed pineapple or fruit of choice.

Search under Aerobics. I think that will give you some ideas. I, too, have been remiss in staying true to my goals. This time is the charm!

I put a teaspoon of honey in my coffee along with a half of teaspoon of coconut oil. There is a very good article about the benefits of honey and cinnamon mixed together. http:/www.naturalnews.com/039963_cinnamon_honey_healing.html. I also have a small successful baking business in which I use Tupelo Honey in most of my…
