I made these again today but instead of using pb2 I used Vanilla Protein Powder. It raised the calories and the protein, but I prefer the taste of the batch with the pb2. Maybe next time I will use half pb2, and half protein powder...0

Thanks for sharing - I've been looking for a healthy protein bar that's not loaded with junk. I think I will also use both protein powder and PB2.0

Awesome!! I'm so glad you love them
I was thinking maybe flax seed would be good in them too. Or nuts. yum! 0 -
Mine came out all soggy. So I tried to cook em for a little bit longer but nothing really changed but the top of it got browner. Should I just cook them for longer? o.o0

So sorry that happened! If they are soggy yes cook them a little longer with the temp down to 350. Let them cool for at least 15 minutes before you cut into them. If they are a tiny bit mushy that's normal and how mine turn out but as soon as I put them in the fridge they harden up perfectly.0 -
