I don't drink green tea, but my energy was low. Turns out I have a vitamin D deficiency and the doc put me on 4,000 units a day and also suggested I take Green Tea extract. This has certainly helped me for sure. I know I'm feeling better and have more energy. But other than that, i don't know....

I take 4k units of VitaminD daily. Drs orders. It has totally helped with my energy and fatigue. Living in Phoenix AZ I cna't believe I had a Vitamin D deficiancy. Okay, lets go with that... I have a son that just turned 26 on saturday! LOL but when I am out with my kids, (my youngest is 16) people always think I am their sister... Its a good feeling... And nope, no plastic surgery, I owe it all to God! I'm so Gods favorite:)

and easy way to judge anything is to look at the ingredients, if there is more ingredients chances are its checmicals. Purer food will be just that, less altered. and that is always better for you!

I too have done WW before, and it worked, I am not going to lie... that being said, I think very person is different. I absolutely LOVE celery and cream cheese, or celery and peanut butter. I am on low carb so these work for me. I also eat almonds and peanuts. Yummie. String cheese, cottage cheese, boiled eggs. Hope these suggestions help you! Ronney

I used it. It made me shaky and sick, sweatty, anxious, kind of like an overdose of caffeine. It was AWFUL! I do not recommend it, honestly.
