  • Okay so far I haven't given in Well I did a little but I had a Subway Roastbeef sandwich instead! I feel like I didn't go off path to bad and now I don't feel guilty like I would have with the burger! Plus I ate afootlong which is much more filling than a little burger! Another battle won for now :)

  • Are you supposed to take "breaks"? I want a big juciy burger so bad I can't hardly stand it, I feel like I'm going to break at any moment!   • I'm on day 5 as well and I'm having to eat more than I want to! I tend to consume to few calories! How many calories are you eating? I'm sorry I don't have any real good advice as I'm new to this to however all I can say is hang in there and don't give up we are all here for you!

  • Hang in there it only get easier! You need to have a net calorie goal and consume as many caloies as close to that goal as possible! Drink lots and lots of water!
