I love my boobs to. Wearing a 36 D at the moment and I really dont mind if they shrink along with the rest of me. As long as they stay in proportion :D Also, my boyfriend loves them, which makes me feel good.

Ive got a sweet tooth but ive found the shape yoghurts - caramel, chocolate and white chocolate ones are gorgeous and only 109 calories. There what I turn to if a get a craving for chocolate :D

My daily goal is 1410 calories but seem to always be under that without exercising! I'm aiming to do 20 mins 5 times a week for exercise. At the moment I'm doing the 30 day shred. Only on day 3 coz after days 1 and 2 my legs were so sore it hurt to walk for like 3 whole days! Did day 3 yesterday though and feel fine today.…

Thats amazing! You should be so proud of yourself. My mum is a size 30-32 and has decided to lose weight aswell :D. She finds it difficult to do exercise as she gets worn out easily so any tips would be great :D

So today would have been day 3 but my legs are soooo painful. I am gonna give them a rest today and do day 3 tomorrow. I think its better to rest really sore muscles so they have a chance to repair themselves. I might do some pilates for the abbs and flexibility just so I have done something though.

Just finished day 2. Owwww. This time Im all stiff and just walking hurts, but no pain no gain so hey ho :D, and I did it all, even though my muscles were sore from yesterday, We can do this.
