I stuck to my menu plan!

Since I am finally moving to a new stage in my life, I am so excited to get active again! After tonight, I'll wrap up college semester and most of my college career (just one class left over the summer). Working full-time, school part-time and young children hasn't give me any ME time and it shows. So, besides just getting…

This!! I went to Catholic school through 8th grade. Elementary was a different style then middle school. I was picked on throughout both of them. Middle school was simple as black pants/jeans and white blouse or polo. When I transitioned to public school, I still wasn't a cool kid, but wasn't singled out nearly as much and…

I see big results! Way to go!!

Big difference from Feb to now. Great job!!

You can totally do this! I was actually even smaller after having my daughter then I was before her and after gaining about 60 pounds during pg. Don't get frustrated, sometimes it take a little time! And every little bit counts. If you can, workout with your son around. My daughter is now 4 and she loves to "workout" with…

Great success!! I can even see you radiating in the second shot despite the angle. :)

I'm thinking 145ish. We'll see as things progress!

I don't have anything out now, but now that you mention it, I think it's time for the bikini to break out. It will be the one that I wore almost 8 yrs ago after my wedding, and it was the first time in public that i ever wore a bikini. I've actually been even smaller since then, and post baby, but not so much lately! The…

This too! Sometimes, all I have for breakfast is a mocha. Not that it's regular, but if that is what works on a given day and I don't otherwise feel hungry, then so be it.

I don't keep mine open because I might schedule out a day, but then it doesn' fit exactly and I adjust as needed but keep mental track. I know ownership is key, but I just not detailed enough sometimes or have the time to be specific enough to share. I feel like a fraud if my diary is public and isn't completely accurate.

Holy crap Jess. You are incredible!!

(waving hand) Hi!! Add me to the MN list :) Although, I live in an accessible yet inconvenient rural town, SW of the metro.

I 99.9% of the time cook potatos in the microwave when we have them! Quinoa, cook in broth/stock for added flavor. Otherwise just a touch of sea salt is all I need. Farro, again, can cook in broth/stock sweet potato Whole grain or ezekial bread, toasted and a light smear of real butter

We have three dogs. Living on 10 acres gives them plenty of room to run and play, so no formal workouts needed. But I can tell a big difference in my German Shepherd when we go for runs! She is all working bred and has a pretty high drive. The great part of country living is she can go off leash. Ari loves to stop and…

- I have an itch to get a new pair of shoes. No shoe shopping until I loose 10 pounds! - Remembered just the other day how much better I can ride my horses when I have a strong core. I'm very focused to be a tough contender this year and win rodeo checks! Need to take care of myself just as much as I take care of my…

Wow - this thread is amazing and so humbling. I've lost several friends a family members. But all I can think about these days is Mom. Mom had colon cancer a couple years ago. Was "cured". In November last year, cancer was found in her liver and was already stage 4. Four months prior, she was completely clean. 2-4 year…

Most basic change with the biggest impact is to shop on the outside. If it's pre-packaged, even fresh (deli meat is a huge offender), look at the ingrediant list. Anything that has a nutrition label is at minimum scanned for ingredients. After that, I look at calories to servings. Ex - tonight I was at Costco and planned…

When it's not too warm here (which is about 9 months out of the year for MN), I run during lunch. I wipe down with baby wipes then afterwards, little spritz and good to go. My co-workers don't seem to ming. An hour break is perfect to change, run 3 miles, change again and then I eat at my desk.

I just ordered it this morning! Very excited :) No doubt it sounds tough, but the results I've seen from others are so worth it.

Thanks!!

Yes! When I confess my weight to people, they usually are shocked. Weight gain can really creep up too since the height helps "hide" it a bit better. Blessing and a curse all at the same time! The best thing I did was toss my bigger clothes. Then when the pants get snug, I know I need to fix it - not buy bigger pants!

I would be interested to hear too! I'm tall, but both of my children carried compeltely outfront. And my last baby especially did a number on stretching me out!

You look so confident even in your before pics. Way to go on the progress!
