I run to more upbeat songs than I do slow, but it is personal preference for sure. I find it relaxing.

One of my all time favs! Love Oasis!! Check out "Don't go away" by them! If you don;t know it...I run to this as well.

Thanks! I am copying and pasting to a list. I know a few of these. It is funny that when you are trying to think of something you go blank. That's why I tried getting ideas here and its worked out :)

I agree with number of meals and the timing not mattering. Find what works best for you. For me I eat lighter during the day. Nightime is when I eat the bulk of my calories because thats when I want to eat more. It works for me.. and I eat up until I go to bed, usually 10:30-11pm.
