I just found out about chia seeds and almond milk as a dessert. There are tons of recipes on Pinterist. I just used the milk and seeds and it was great. So I can't wait to try it with pumpkin. See eating healthy can be delicious!!

I have to tell you, this is amazing! I was just told about it this week and I can't stop eating it. I replace my morning protein shake with this some days. Take your chocolate protein powder, (I use one scoop). Mix with vanilla yogourt, about half a cup (I use low fat Greek). Once mixed toss in raspberries. This tastes…
