Here are the muffins I told you about. I did not use the second cup of sugar it adds optional at the end.

Banana bread:

I used ground flax seed in place of the margarine. I also used whole wheat flour, and I think I took 1/2 cup out and replaced it with stone ground oatmeal. (and I do believe I tossed in a few chocolate chips to make it yummy.) I cooked it in two loaf pans and got 12 slices all together.0 -

I like the South Beach Diet desserts from Phase 1 of the book. They are all ricotta cheese based desserts and then you can choose to make the mocha, vanilla, almond, or lemon variation.
I too could use some other under 100 calorie dessert ideas too.
Oh, I also happened to run across a little slideshow on www.webMD.com of 26 treats that are 100 calories or less. They are not all dessert, but the ideas my get you out of a diet rut.
Good Luck. Please pass along some good dessert ideas.0 -
I just posted my first attempt at banana protein icecream in the 'show me your meals' section. It was really easy to make and the macros are great. I'd recommend it. Sorry about the crappy pic, feel second rate putting this anywhere near a happygoodtime shot! :P

I just did a banana oatmeal smoothie tonight.
I did a splash of apple juice, a few ice cubes, cooked oatmeal (I did 1/2 cup of uncooked oats, and cooked them), a spoonful of greek yogurt and a banana. so good and filling because of the oatmeal.0 -

So, the other day, I tweeked a South Beach dessert recipe. I made a Chai Spice ricotta cream dessert.
1/3 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1 Splenda packet
1/4 tsp almond extract
Sprinkles of the following spices: cinnamon, ginger, and allspice.
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
It was creamy, but still has some texture. The flavors were good.0 -

I have to tell you, this is amazing!
I was just told about it this week and I can't stop eating it.
I replace my morning protein shake with this some days.
Take your chocolate protein powder, (I use one scoop).
Mix with vanilla yogourt, about half a cup (I use low fat Greek).
Once mixed toss in raspberries.
This tastes like a decandent chocolate dessert!0 -

I made S'mores cups to take to work on Monday. They were delicious. I did half with milk chocolate and half with dark. About 100 calories a cup
