You all are so awesome thank you so much. I have a growing list :)

Thank you!! I love this, I sat down and did all the math (I hate math!!!!) and figured I'm not eating enough. I will be eating more and using my exercise calories. I will keep this formula to recheck as I move on down the scale. Again thank you for helping everyone, being so patient and sharing your awesome knowledge.

I wished I had that problem :D. A girl in our boot camp class does that issue and the trainer told her to try wearing two. It might help.

I was on it for 4 months before I started MFP, it was one of the kick in the butts I needed to get to losing weight. I know I felt better when I would get some exercise while on it, but I wasn't actively trying to lose while on it. I feel for you, I felt like crap when I was on it, always hungry, retained water like it was…

A burrito! A wheat tortilla, 1/4 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup cheddar and warmed up. Sometimes add some egg, tomatoes or whatever. Today just the beans and cheese. It's surprisingly only 230 calories and very filling.

I don't know about the headache part sorry, but try probiotics for the constipation. It helps put the healthy bacteria back into your intestines and it strengthens your immune system. Drink tons of water and try to get in plenty of fruits, veggies and leafy greens. These all help.

I am not a professional nor do I play one on TV :D. I think you are doing well keeping under your calories. The only thing I noticed is that you have a lot of sodium. Maybe try a little less processed foods? I think you will be surprised when you step on that scale and a big smile will be on your face. Good luck!!

I had to do deal with that last year. My doctor had me try rolling a can under my foot immediately after working out. You take off your shoes and socks and while sitting down put pressure on the can with your foot and just roll it back and forth. It really helped stretch that out. I would try that stretch and keep wearing…

I have a ton of stretch marks on my belly, upper thighs and sides. I'm sure there are some on my back side too, but I don't see them, so I really don't care :D. I just started (within the past two weeks) using bio oil daily and I love it. No it hasn't magically made them all disappear! It has however lessened their…

I opened my diary for that reason. I want input! Of course not on every little thing every day, but I think you and I are on the same page. If someone is purposing eating under a 1000 everyday and doesn't see it as a problem, maybe they don't really realize it has become routine. I would send a private message to them and…

I have itchiness in my legs, crook of my elbows and bra line as I cool down. Hummm, never in my face the first part of the work out though, sorry I'm not a big help.

Anything that is cake/cupcake frosted. I am drooling right now thinking of it! Oh and chocolate!

Great big kudos to you on not eating it!! You can do a healthier version at home though. I do a whole wheat home made crust, brush on olive oil, tomatoes, mushrooms and small amount of fresh mozzarella or feta. It's delicious! You can also do a pita pocket lightly brush on some bbq sauce, baked chicken and again light…

After each time you wear it, rinse it off with hot water and air dry, after every 5th time you wash it in the washing machine and air dry. I am guess you could hand wash it in the sink too. Just don't put it in the dryer.
-
No! Don't just let it air dry.

I agree with the fruit. I mix mine with those dole fruit cups in their own juice. I usually use the mandarin oranges and drain all the juice out then mix with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Love it with pineapple too.

I have IBD and have experimented with food quite a bit. I have found that I can eat a salad once a day, all vegetables need to be skinned and cooked (steamed preferably). I also have found that citrus is a no no in all situations. Unfortunately you need to use MFP and keep notes on your symptoms. Start out eating a bland…

If you still have the package, even with one dose left, GNC will usually take it back and give you your money back. I don't like that the sales people don't usually know what they are talking about, but with research their return policy is worth it.

Seriously girl, you have some low self esteem going on! You deserve to be happy, to be the ONE person in someone's life that dedicates their life to you in return. You deserve better. Ignore him, his calls, texts, emails, unfriend him facebook. If he shows up at your door don't answer it. He'll get the idea real quick. If…

I am 5'7 currently 186.4, down from starting weight of 198. My goal for now is 155ish. Once I am there though I may reevaluate to see if going down further is a realistic weight to maintain. I think once I get down to that level I would like to really start working on getting more muscles though so we'll have to see how it…

Congratulations on getting your braces! I had braces when I was 30 years old. I think when you are done you will be so happy with your new beautiful smile. Separators are more irritating than anything. It feels like you have food or something stuck between your teeth. They will be sore for a couple days. The first few days…

I love my chocolate and I usually eat it every day :)......in moderation and only if I have enough calories left in the day. I usually have a square or two or Ghiradelli or Lindt. That satisfies me and I don't over eat other things to make up for my cravings. I know I can have it and it's not off limits. If I was told it…

You never realize how you take going poop for granted until you can't LOL!! I have ulcerative colitis and can very from going 20-30 times a day to not going for weeks literally. I highly recommend probiotics along with your fiber and lots of water. I swear by them. I haven't tried it yet, but celestial seasonings has a new…

I would go the doctor route as well. Maybe they could refer her to physical therapy as well which could really benefit her and make sure she is going in the right direction and not doing more harm than good. Kuddos to you for helping her out.

100daysofrealfood.com is awesome! She (the blog writer) did a month long challenge of eating whole natural healthy good tasting food on a budget of what a family of 4 would receive on food stamps. She has great recipes that are easy and inexpensive. Plus she is really responsive to emails with questions as well.

I have used melatonin and love it. Ever since I had a hysterectomy 11 years ago I have had issues with insomnia and when I found it I loved it and still use regularly. I also use a product from the Vitamin Cottage called Snooze Right. It has a lot of "stuff" that is natural that helps you relax, fall asleep and stay…

If it only took one session with a trainer to bulk up, I'd be there :). I want muscles, I want some rocking guns and great legs and an awesome butt to go with it. I'm not afraid to get some muscles or work for them! Dang if that myth were true!

100daysofrealfood.com. She has tons of recipes for real food that is not processed. I highly recommend it, great dishes that even kids will like. Don't forget that just cause you tried veggies one way, don't give up that you just hate them all. Keep trying them in different ways in different dishes. Like you can get a can…

IMO I think that is great. Your kids are interested in being active and that is something you don't see instilled in A LOT of kids these days. Most kids want to sit around and watch TV and play on the computer. Which nothing is wrong with that, in moderation. We need more kids interested in being active and fit early and…

I have to have one every two years as I have ulcerative colitis (which is caused by a glitch in my immune system, not by stress, or by doing colon cleanses as some people say). You don't lose weight from them at all, if you do you'll get it back the day after. If you eat a lot of fiber, remember most doctors recommend that…
