  • I didn't see it I have ulcerative colitis. If this could be controlled with diet that would be awesome, I haven't found that secret diet as of yet, but I am doing a lot of research and interested in all opinions on it. I will have to see if I can find it and watch it.

  • It is a bit pricy but Teavana is awesome! They have blends that just amazing. You can visit their webiste or they have shops in some malls, they even have a weight loss blend that is to die for.   • Small town called Brush, CO. Big farming community, not much to do out here. An hour and a half drive to big chain shopping. There is a gym 10 miles away...Thank God. It has been my saving grace. I find I tend to stay inside and do crafty "stuff" more often than not.

  • There is hope though the hot flashes do lessen. Dressing in layers really helps. Good luck tapering off. Also keep in mind if you seem to be having a bad day that your hormones will be completely out of whack and it will pass.
