Great idea! I am currently 203.4 and I would like to be 195 by January 1st. That is about 8 lbs and I am averaging around a pound a week.

I am 5'6" age 42. My current weight is 205.6 and my goal is 130. I am also using the TDEE method so I have 1510 calories a day but rarely reach that. I am usually around 1350. I am losing about 1.5 a week. I do not eat my exercise calories back.

I am on Week 6 Day 3. I also went back and restarted with a faster pace. I am around 10 to 12 minutes per mile from 15 minutes per mile.

I cut a pocket in it and stuff it full of spinach and 1 tbs of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in a covered dish at 350 for 30 min. It is so good my 9 yr old son even likes it. :smile:

I just did this run on Sunday and I went very slow. When I was done I felt great... until I did the week6day1 run LOL. I went out to fast and struggled with the last 5 min run. Oh well live and learn. You will be ready for it just go slow and listen to some good music to take your mind off of the time.
