  • I am also a loner, I can play nice with others when I have to but overall prefer solitude. I think if the Zombies come, it is easier to hide 1 person rather then a group so I might be OK.
  • Sorry I think I beat you. My calf is 36cm and my thigh is 60cm measured 10cm above the knee. I did not have the heart to measure the widest point :frowning: I am considered obese but I am working to correct that.

  • I use a tampon and a pad as backup. Never tried a Diva Cup.
  • Anything I want only less and try to stay way from Breaded fried food.
  • My go to dinner is: 2 Fit and Active Whole Grain Waffles with Apple butter (200 Cal) 3 Egg Whites and 1 egg (150 Cal) 2 Slices Fit and Active Turkey Bacon (50 Cal) I have 100 calories left for Fruit.

  • @PastorVincent What was the issue you were having with Strava? I noticed on the last few runs I am seeing a difference in Milage between Strava and Garmin. For instance Tuesday Strava showed 3.3 and Garmin showed 2.8 miles. Today Strava showed 3.7 and Garmin showed 3.4 miles. Anyone else have this issue?
